Biography

William Henry Roger Palmer son of Roger Palmer "who was created a baronet in 1777, denominated of Castle Lackin." ^[1]

William Henry Roger Palmer married (1) Mary Toole, daughter of William Toole, Esq. of Kilcock, Co. Kildare, and Jane Byrne, his wife.

She died a year after the marriage. They had a child, who died an infant.

William Henry Roger Palmer married 2nd to Alice Franklin. ^[2]
