RICHARD R. PANNONE, 59, of Cider Lane in Greenville, a former treasurer of Fleet Financial Group, where he had been employed for 35 years, retiring in 1999, died Tuesday at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence. Mr. Pannone was the husband of Constance M. (Bloomfield) Pannone. Born in Providence, he was the son of Angelo and Dora (DeOrchis) Pannone. He had lived in Smithfield for the past 22 years, previously living in Warwick. Mr. Pannone was a 1964 graduate of Brown University and received an MBA from the University of Rhode Island in 1969. He was a communicant of St. Philip Church. Besides his wife and parents, he is survived by three sons, Richard R. Pannone Jr. of Providence, Shawn R. Pannone of Johnston and Kevin A. Pannone of Cranston; a brother, Robert A. Pannone of Dennis, Mass.; and three grandchildren. The funeral will be held Friday at 8:30 a.m. from the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Phillip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
