Biography
Edwin Winfield Pardee was born in 1852. He was the son of Edwin Pardee and Jane Walker. On 29 Apr 1874 Edwin was with his younger brother Amos and three other men were walking along the train tracks, and they moved to another track to avoid a train, but were hit by a train coming around a short curve. Edwin and his brother and two other men were killed by the train, but one man escaped with only a broken leg. Edwin was only 23 when he passed away in 1874.
