1880 - Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas

Lula Parish wed O. D. Baker August 21, 1887 in Uvalde County, Texas.[1]

Lula Baker was enumerated as wife of the head of household in Justice Precinct 1 Uvalde town, Uvalde County, Texas for the June 7, United States Census, 1900. She was noted as born June 1867 in Texas and had been married thirteen years. She was the mother of eight children of which seven were still living as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Oscar Baker, son Oscar Baker, daughter Mettie Baker, son Frank Baker, son Joe Baker, daughter Roberta Baker, daughter Irma Baker and daughter Melba Baker.[2]

Lula Parish was listed as the mother of Oscar L Baker who died September 28, 1940 in Jasper County, Texas. The father was listed as O D Baker.[3]

Lula Parrish is listed as the mother of Joseph George Baker who died January 30, 1974 in Webster, Harris County, Texas. The father was listed as Oscar D Baker.[4]
