William Parker was a Tennessean.
William M. Parker was born on February 7th, 1867 in Marion County, Tennessee to Isaac Alexander Parker and Elizabeth Webb.

He married Nancy Ann Beene on May 1st, 1892 in Dade County, Georgia.

By 1900 they were living in Petros, Tennessee where William worked as a foreman for the Brushy Mountain State Mines.

William died at his home in Jasper, Tennessee on August 5th, 1951. He was buried Cumberland View Cemetery.
