[Note: Found a John Parkhurst born in MA May 2, 1760, but couldn't find proof he was a child of this couple ]
Josiah Parkhurst was born on December 15, 1728, at Chelmsford, Massachusetts the son of Jonathan and Hannah (Richardson) Parkhurst. [1][2]
He married Elizabeth King at Littleton on June 15, 1758. [3] Elizabeth was born at Littleton, Massachusetts on March 13, 1728/9, daughter of Richard and Elizbeth (Tuttle) King. [3]
Elizabeth's father Richard King wrote his will on February 25, 1711. In it he named the following heirs, among others: my daughter Elizabeth, wife of Josiah Parcust (sic). [4]
Josiah died at Wilton, New Hampshire on October 13, 1778 and was buried there. [1]

Samuel born on November 4, 1759; died on January 15, 1849 ; married Betty [Molly. int.] Hutchinson of Bedford, at Bedford on February 12, 1788. [2][1]
Josiah born on January 20, 1763; died on December 31, 1818; married Rachel Stevens of Carlise, Massachusetts at Westford, Massachusetts on May 3, 1792. [2][1][5]
Betsey born on September 10, 1764; died on August 24, 1839; married Paul Hunt of Jaffrey, New Hampshire, at Westford, on November 19, 1789. [2][1][5]
Oliver born on June 27, 1767; died on September 5, 1835; married Sarah Byam, on June 3, 1806. [2][1]
