Thelma (Parry) Finch was born in Liverpool, Lancashire, England.

She was the daughter of Robert Parry and Gladys Mitchell and was baptised on 16 Jun 1915 at St Matthew's Church, Bootle ^[2].

In 1939 Thema was living at 20 Webster Street, Litherland, with her sister Gladys and brother-in-law George E Connor, and was working in a sausage factory ^[3].

She married Oliver C E Finch in 1939 ^[4].

Thelma passed away in 2000 ^[5].
