Biography

John Harris Pascoe was born in 1830 at Flushing, Cornwall, England and baptised on 12 Sep 1830 at Mylor, Cornwall. He was the son of John Pascoe, a Mariner, and his wife Sarah.[1]

John Harris Pascoe and Sarah Ann Davies married on 9 Nov 1861 at Mylor.[2]

John was lost in the sinking of HMS Orpheus in 1863 (Rank: Chief Boatswain’s Mate). He was buried in the Symonds Street Cemetery in Auckland.
