She married Henry Demeritt on 13 December 1828 in Nassau, New Providence.[2]
Charlotte died in May 1832 in Nassau, New Providence.[3]
Some sources say that Charlotte was the daughter of John Pierce and a woman named Mary thought by Stickney to have been Mary Cash. She passed away before 1835.
The Bahamas DNA website reports that she was the daughter of Francis PEARCE Jr. (of New Providence) and Elizabeth GRIFFIN (m. 19 Feb 1791 or 1792 New Providence) daughter of Benjamin Griffin
