Biography

Born at Trogstadstuen, Balke 14 and christened 23 Dec 1787.^[1]

Family moved to Sulustadstuen, Balke between 1793 and 1801

His brother Haagen had taken the family name Ouren before 1801, and as a "fadder" to his niece 19 Oct 1805, Ole had taken the same family name.^[2]

Lived with his brother at Bjerke, Lillehammer Apr-May 1814.

Married in Ringsaker 5 May 1814 after Royal permission dated 24 Apr.^[3]

Sheriff Ringsaker and lived at Østre Stolpestad 1815-27^[4]

Received the deed to Røyne, Lillehammer from his father-in-law and moved there about 1827.^[5]

He died at Røyne 19 May and was buried in Mesna parish in Fåberg 3 Jun 1879.^[6]
