Florence Peffer was born on 9 Jun 1918 in Erie, Erie, Pennsylvania, United States, daughter of Paul Peffer (1892–1950) and Ethel Thornton (~1900– ).
Her first husband was Paul L Peffer. They married in 1911 in Canada.[1]
Florence and Ralph W. Hazle were married. Ralph was born on 17 Sep 1917 in Pennsylvania.
Florence passed away on 12 Jun 1997 in Gainesville, Alachua, Florida, United States, aged 79.
