Frances was born on or before 9 November 1643 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the daughter of Herbert Pelham and his second wife Elizabeth Bosvile. The transcriptions of the records gives a birth register date of 12 November 1643 for her sister Mary. They are not recorded as being twins, and this may be a transcription error. [1]
Pellam Frances, d. of Hurbert and Elisabeth, Nov. 9, 1643
Frances would have returned with her family to England in the late 1640s.
She had probably died before 1673: she is not left a bequest in her father's will which was dated 1 January 1672 (probably 1672/3) and which named other children of his and referred to her husband as his son (meaning son-in-law) Jeremiah Stonnard.
Susan Hardman Moore's Abandoning America calls her initially Frances and then, later in the same paragraph, Elizabeth. The latter appears fairly clearly to be a mistake.
