Henry Samuel Penglase was born in 1893 in Stratford, Victoria, Australia, the son of Eliza Ann Penglase and Alfred Felix Penglase.[1]
He married Dulcie Edith Willis in 1920 in Victoria.[2]
Henry died in 1959 in Melbourne, Victoria.[citation needed]
