Biography
Jane Penrose was baptised 16 April 1700 at Cury, Cornwall, the daughter of Bernard Penrose and his wife Jane (Priske).[1]
Mrs Jane Penrose married William Pearce of Penryn 16 December 1725 at Constantine, Cornwall.
Jane, wife of Mr. William Pearce, was buried at St Gluvias, Penryn, 14 September 1732.[2]
Research Notes
The reconstruction of the Penrose descent by Col. Vivian[3] has some errors, identifying Jane with her sister Bridget and making her daughter of her uncle John.
