Ella Perkins was born in November, 1870 in Virgil, Cortland, New York, United States, daughter of Horace J Perkins (1843–1919) and Laura Melonia Oaks (1845–1932).[1]
Ella died on February 19, 1945 in Solvay, Geddes, Onondaga, New York, aged 74. She was buried in Cortland Rural Cemetery, Cortland, Cortland County, New York.[1]
