Etta J. Phillips was born Oct 12 1894 in Pontotoc County, MS daughter of Fielder and Bell Phillips.[1] Etta married Anderson Turner in Pontotoc County, MS. They had children, Minnie, Norma, Hardy, and Veola Turner. [2]She died Sept 13 1982 in Pontotoc County, MS and is buried there in the Carey Springs Cemetery.[3][4]
