Thomas Herbert Phillips was born in Aberystwyth, Cardiganshire. He was the son of Thomas Phillips and Margaret Evans. His birth was registered in Aberystwyth in the third quarter of 1869.[1]
At the time of the 1871 England and Wales Census, Thomas, Margaret, David, Thomas H, and Elizabeth Phillips were listed as living in Aberystwyth, along with a servant.[2]
Thomas died in Aberystwyth on 15 February 1956. His death was registered in Cardiganshire North in the first quarter of 1956.[3]
