Biography

Greta Sophia Piercey was born on December 4, 1902.^[1][2]

Greta had several siblings, including:

• Charles Elmer (1885)
• Sarah Ann Elbertha (1887)
• Isaac Newton (1893)
• Thomas Edgar (1898)

Greta married James Leslie Shaw.^[1][2]

James died at the age of 57 in 1956.^[1][2]

Greta died at the age of 84 on May 20, 1987.^[1][2] She was interred in Nashville Cemetery in Kleinburg, Ontario.^[1][2] Her gravestone is located in the Centre Section, Row 8, Marker 3, facing east, and at GPS coordinates: 43.834683, -79.661813.^[1]
