Biography

Charles Pinnegar was born in 1834 in England, United Kingdom.[1].

Charles's marriage to Alice Hollis was registered in the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1855 in the Chippenham district (Wiltshire)[2].

He and his wife, Alice, arrived from England to Australia 31 December, 1855 on ship "Nimroud"[1]. They were both 21 and reported they came from Brinkworth, Wiltshire. He was an agricultural labourer[3]

Charles was a faithful minister for 17 yrs at Primitive Methodist Church, Mitcham West[1].

Charles died on March 11, 1874 in Belair, Colony of South Australia, aged 38[4][5]. He was buried in West Mitcham Primitive Methodist Cemetery, Mitcham, Mitcham City, South Australia.[1].
