Biography

Son of Adam Pokswinski and Maria Zblewska. His parents emigrated to the U. S. and were living near their son's family in Perham, Minnesota in 1900.

Frank married Pelagia Wilkowski about 1889; whether in Europe or the U. S is unknown.

1900 Census, Perham, Otter Tail, Minnesota

Pokesiomski, Frank Head W M Feb 1864 36 M 11 Poland (Ger) Bartender

“ Cecilia M. Daughter W F Nov 1892 7 single Minnesota
“Clara A. Daughter W F Jan 1895 5 single Minnesota

This is confusing since there are two living children listed instead of one. It implies, however, that one child to whom Pelagia gave birth is now dead.[1]
