Biography
NB: The name Pollexfen is pronounced Poulston.
Charles was born in 1838. He was the eldest child of William Pollexfen and Elizabeth Middleton. He passed away in 1923.
Charles and his brother George would go to school (Atholl Academy, on the Isle of Man) with john Butler Yeats.
Charles worked in the family business, Sligo Steam Navigation Company.
