Biography
Ann Pleasey Polley was born in 1842 at Drayton St Leonard in Oxfordshire, the daughter of James Polley and his wife Elizabeth, born Elizabeth Belcher [1] [2].
In 1851, Ann was living at Drayton St Leonard with her parents (James and Elizabeth) and their other daughters. Her age was given as 8, implying a birth date in 1842 or 1843. Her birthplace was given as Drayton, Oxfordshire [that is, Drayton St Leonard]. [2]
William Stimpson and Ann Pleasey Polley were married in 1874 [3].
She passed away in 1919.
