Rachel Rae Popkin was born on 1 September 1899 in Minnesota, daughter of Frank Popkin and Anna Kernes.
In the 1900 census Rachel (age 1) was the daughter of Frank Popkin in District 1 Duluth city Ward 5, St. Louis, Minnesota, United States.[1]
In the 1910 census Rachel (age 10) was the daughter of Frank Popkin in Duluth Ward 1, St Louis, Minnesota, United States.[2]
In the 1920 census Rae (age 20) was the single daughter of Frank Popkin in Detroit Ward 6, Detroit, Wayne, Michigan, United States.[3]
She married Morris Koshar in 1921. [4]
