Biography
Reverend Richard Leonard Adams served as the rector of Shere, Surrey. He was married to the Hon Elizabeth Atherton Powys, daughter of Thomas, 2nd Baron Lilford.[1]
Elizabeth was born in 1807 and married Richard Adams in 1828.[2]
In 1890 Elizabeth was widowed and living at Netherby, Carey Crescent in Torquay, Devon.[2]
Elizabeth died on 8 January 1891.[3][4] She was buried at the Blessed Virgin Mary Churchyard in Saltford, Somerset.[5] Probate to Elizabeth's estate was granted on 19 February 1891 to Edward William Fenwick.[6]
