Sarah Pratt was born in the early 18th Century (dates vary from 1702 to 1710, as she was the youngest daughter, 1710 seems most likely) in Bridgewater, Plymouth County, English province of Massachusetts Bay, New England. Her parents were Joseph Pratt, b: 1665 in Weymouth, Norfolk Co., the first town in the fledgling Massachusetts Bay colony; and Sarah Benson, b: ca. 1670 in Hull, Plymouth Colony, New England. They married in 1687 in Hull, Plymouth colony, lived for a time in Weymouth and then around 1706 moved to Bridgewater. By this time, Plymouth & Massachusetts Bay colonies had been merged into the united English province of Massachusetts Bay (1691). Sarah was the couple's youngest daughter.[1]
Sarah Pratt married Ebenezer Snow Sr. in 1728 in Bridgewater, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts Bay province, New England. The couple lived in Bridgewater, near Plymouth, and had 4 children:[2]

Sarah (Pratt) Snow passed away in June 1737. [3] Her husband survived her and, with several minor children to raise, remarried six months later to Sarah Hooper, b: October 9, 1705, in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts Bay, New England. Sarah died on 23 June 1737 in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, United States.[4]
