Mary was born in 1821. She passed away in 1895.

The Scranton Tribune, 7 Dec 1895, pg 7 Death of Mrs. Mary Daniels at Her Home on North Hyde Park Avenue Personal Mention Mrs. Mary Daniels, an aged and well-known lady, whose home was on North Hyde Park avenue, died at 11.48 yesterday morning at the home of her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Ellen Daniels, of the corner of Main and Railroad street, Taylor. She has been hovering between life and death for the past week. The illness started with la grippe and bronchitis was the final cause of death. Mrs. Daniels was born in Merthyr Tydvil [sic], Wales, seventy-four years ago. She came to America when 16 years of age and settled with her parents in Carbon county. In 1856 she came to Hyde Park and has lived here the greater part of the time since that year. Her husband, Thomas Daniels, died a year after Mrs. Daniels came to the West Side. Three sons survive. They are: Benjamin T, of North Hyde Park avenue; Morgan P, of Dvision street, and William G, ex-clerk of the courts. The deceased was a devout member of the First Welsh Congregational church and afterward became a charter member of the Tabernacle church.
