Biography
Alice Price was born at Ross, Herefordshire, around June 1870. Her age was recorded as 10 months in the April 1871 England Census. She married Oseman Matthew Watkins at Hereford in 1890. By 1891 they were living in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Wales. Their daughter Violet Evelyn Watkins was baptised at Abergavenny, St Mary, in 1892. Ozeman filed for divorce in 1907, citing correspondent William F Simmons. According to Wikipedia (see below), since the Matrimonial Causes Act 1857, in a petition for divorce on the ground of adultery, a co-respondent is a person charged with misconduct with the petitioner's spouse.
