Biography

Albert Procter was born about 1896.[1] He was the son of Richard Procter and Louisa Bevan.

He married Muriel Elizabeth Wasley 6 February 1924, in New Zealand.[2]

He passed away 9 Dec 1958.[3] in Palmerston North, Manawatu-Wanganui, New Zealand, and was buried in the Kelvin Grove Cemetery - Palmerston North, Manawatū-Whanganui, New Zealand, Plot, M 010:050[4]

MANAWATU STANDARD - 25 FEBRUARY 1924 / MARRIAGE - Procter-Wasley On February 6th, 1924, by the Rev. George T. Brown, M. A., Albert, youngest son of Mrs Robert Procter, of Bunnythorpe, to Muriel Elizabeth, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs G. Wasley, of Palmerston North[5]

He served in the New Zealand Army. Service No. WWI 11935. Embarkation Details: WW1 01 May 1916-9 June 1916 from Wellington, New Zealand to Suez, Egypt. HMNZT 51 Vessel was Ulimaroa AWMM Private AWMM 12th Reinforcements, Wellington Infantry Battalion, B Company New Zealand Expeditionary Force[6]
