She was married to Fritz Schirrmeister with whom she had one daughter. He died in WWII.
She remarried to Karl Haußmann / Hausmann (died maybe about 1972). Her last name at death was likely Hausmann (or a variant spelling).
She passed away at her daughter's house on 1 Jan 1990. She was cremated at a funeral home in downtown Kirkland, WA.
Her cremains were interred at a cemetery in Wilhelmshaven next to her husband Karl. Her Rak parents are interred at the same cemetery.
