Susan Ruth Raven, the daughter of Letitia Susan Raven and Thomas William Wellington Raven, was born on 23 February 1917 in New Zealand.^[1][2]

She married Douglas Claude Windelborn in 1939.^[3] They had at least one child:

• Robin Stanley Windelborn born 1943, died 27 July 1976 in New South Wales.^[4]

Susan Windelborn died on 6 July 1980. She was buried in Hamilton Park Cemetery in Waikato, New Zealand.^[2][5]
