Biography
Annie was born in about 1863. She was the daughter of John Redmayne and Jane Studdert.[1]
She lived with his parents and siblings in Tynemouth, Northumberland, England and Gateshead, Durham, England.
She married Francis Tennant (son of Sir Charles Clow Tennant of The Glen, 1st Bt. and Emma Winsloe) on 3 June 1886 in Ulverston, Lancashire, England.[2]
They had the following children:
- Kathleen Tennant (d. 4 Dec 1989)
- Frances Lucy Tennant (d. 5 Nov 1925)
- Geraldine Bryde Dinah Tennant (d. 20 Jul 1974)
- Lt.-Col. John Edward Tennant (b. 12 Oct 1890, d. 7 Aug 1941)
- Mark Tennant (b. 1892, d. 16 Sep 1916)
- Francis Michael Tennant (b. 22 Mar 1899)
UK Census Date 1911: Living with her husband and children in Lympne, Kent, England. Aged 47.
She passed away on 17 July 1956.
