Wm, son of James & Ann, was born in 1832 and baptised on 27 May 1832 in Devon, England.[1]
In the 1841 census, William (age 9) was in Little Silver Tiverton, Devon, England.[2]

William's marriage to 'Emile Styles' was registered in the Apr-May-Jun quarter of 1854 in the Tiverton district. Both are shown to be residents of Little Silver just south of Tiverton, and his father is shown to be James Reed, a schoolmaster (see image). William's occupation is tailor.[3] William (age 21), son of James Reed, married Emile Styles (age 19) on 8 April 1854 in Tiverton, St Peter, Devon, England.[4]
In the 1861 census, William (age 28), Agricultural Labourer, was the married head of household in Tiverton, Devon, England.[5]

In the 1891 census, William (age 58), Railway Porter, was the married head of household in Chard, Somerset, England. Only his wife is in residence. [8] She died two year later.
William's death (age 67) was registered in the Apr-May-Jun quarter of 1900 in the Chard district.[9] Inscription Headstone (surmounted by a cross). Emele REED, died 4 June 1893, at Reading, aged 57. And her husband, William Reed, died 1 May 1900, aged 69. Also their son, William Henry Reed, died 21 Dec 1878, aged 14 years. And their son, Edward Stanley, died 17 May 1869, aged 10 months.[10]
