Biography
Rhoda was born in 1855. Rhoda Reeder was the daughter of James H Reeder 1822–1892 and Sarah P Williams 1820–1897.
She married George Bailey Kier on March 21st 1872 in Chariton, Chariton, Missouri.
She died of fever that swept through her husband's family in 1873.
