   DEATH OF MR. M. J. RENTON
   The death occurred at the Hospital this morning of Mr, Michael Joseph Renton at the age of 49 years. Mr. Renton was born in Maryborough, Victoria, and came to Broken Hill about 27 years ago. He spent most of his time in working along the line of lode till six years ago, when he was placed on compensation. He leaves a wife and a family of three sons and three daughters. The funeral is to take place to-morrow afternoon at 2 o'clock, the cortege leaving Tom J. Mallon's funeral parlor for the Church of England Cemetery. (accessed before 12 December 2021)
