Biography

Percival was born in 1884, and his birth was registered in March 1884 in Dublin South, Ireland.^[1] He was the son of James Reynolds and Elizabeth McCormick.

In the 1911 census Percy was in the Cadden household at 30 Poulton Rd Cheshire Euglund, Poulton with Seacombe, Cheshire, England.^[2]

He married Margaret E Cadden in about 1911 in Liverpool, England. ^[3]

Their children were:

• Cecilia Evelyn Reynolds whose birth was registered in the Oct-Nov-Dec quarter of 1912 in the Birkenhead district.^[4]
• Kathleen Gertrude Reynolds who was born after her father's death in 1917 and whose birth was registered in the Jan-Feb-Mar quarter of 1917 in the Birkenhead district.^[5]

He was in the military and died on 13 November 1916. He was in the Royal Dublin Fusiliers (service number 27107).^[6]

The family is recorded as receiving a war widow's pension after his death. ^[7]
