Prudie Emma Reynolds was born in 1874 in Mississippi to John Reynolds and Elizabeth _____. She married James Hewitt Matthews in 1896 in Van Zandt County, Texas.[1][2][3][4][5] Prudie passed away in 1935 in Van Zandt County, Texas and is buried in the Colfax Cemetery in Colfax, Texas.[6][7]
