To James Freeman, Jr. , benefits of this plantation, and, after his death, it is to descend to his children.
To Nancey Freeman, wife of said James, moveable estate.
To John Reynolds, son of James, 2 lots of woodland at Middletown, and one at Mount Pleasant, and one at Perth Amboy.
Executors—Thomas Blackwell and James Freeman, Jr.
Witnesses - Benjamin Mapel, Sr., Benjamin Mapel, Henry Crusee.
Proved Aug. 19, 1782.

On 2 March 1813, the heirs of Thomas Reynolds sold their interest in the 120 acre plantation he left to James Freeman, Jr. .[2]
