George L. Richards, Clark Worker, Dies
George L. Richards, 201 Madison Avenue, died Saturday night (May 28, 1949) at eight-fifty o'clock, shortly after his admission to the Olean General Hospital. His death followed a brief illness. Mr. Richards was born October 10, 1891 at Worcester, Mass., and he had been a resident of Olean twenty years. He was employed as a tool designer at Clark Brothers Company, Inc. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Avinall Osterhoudt Richards; a foster son, Arthur E. Doyle; and a foster daughter, Miss DiAnn Doyle, both at home. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
