Caroline (Richards) Seddon was born in Manchester, Lancashire, England.

Caroline Richards was born in about 1841 in Manchester, Lancashire, England, ^[1] the daughter of James Richards, a packer. ^[2]

She married John Seddon on 27 September 1863 in St John's church, Manchester. ^[2] The couple had at least 5 children.

In 1871 John was with his wife and children in Chester, Cheshire. He was a journeyman plasterer. ^[1]

Caroline died aged 36. Her death was registered in 1877 in Chorlton, Lancashire.^[3]
