First wife of Peter Carr. Believed to have died in child birth. Peter was of Grantham NH at that time; she was buried in nearby Plainfield.
Her son William's second marriage record in Vermont in 1871 gives his mother's name as Roxanna Rider. He also states he was born in Cabot VT in 1800. The census for Cabot VT 1800 shows Peter Carr with one other male (William?) and one female in his age group, who would be Roxanna.
