No Thomas Rigby birth registrations within two years of 1859 with mother's maiden name Wilson listed on https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/indexes_search.asp (26 Feb 2021).

Robert Rigby, attached at upload as father of this profile, does not have a son Thomas with him in the censuses of 1861-1881. He is listed as single in 1861. Ellen Wilson, attached at upload as mother of this profile, did not marry Robert Rigby but instead married the other man on the same page of the marriage registration index, Richard Preston, and if Thomas was their son he would have been born after their marriage and surnamed Preston.

There are various Thomas Rigbys born within a year or two of 1859 listed in the censuses, but the only one I could see with mother Ellen was also with his father John.^[1]

There is a Thomas Wilson birth registration in 1859 in Thorne, the district for Belton where Robert Rigby lived, but his mother's maiden name was Goulding, and it looks like he was the legitimate son of William Wilson and Ann Elizabeth Goulding.^[2][3]

It is therefore difficult to see what source this profile might have been based on originally.
