His will is dated 3 May 1831 and proved on 28 July 1832 in Fairfield. He mentions his wife Anna, Eunice, wife of Gideon Morehouse, Nabby, wife of Joseph W. Davis, Sophronia, Jerusha, his granddaughters, Amelia Robinson, grandson, Alexander Robinson, Thomas Robinson, Smith Robinson, and George Robinson. His inventory was completed on 13 September 1832.[1]
In 1834, after debts were paid, the estate distribution was set out to the widow, Anna, Eunice Morehouse, Nabby Davis, Smith Robinson, Thomas Robinson, George Robinson, Sephrenia Robinson, Jerusha Robinson, Silas Robinson, John Robinson, Amelia A. Robinson (granddaughter), and Alexander Robinson (grandson).[2]
In 1850, after the death of his widow, his estate was distributed to his heirs, the children of Nabby Davis (Henry Davis, Cornelia Parks, and Emily Christmas), Eunice Morehouse, wife of Gideon Morehouse, Thomas Robinson, Eliza Robinson, widow of Silas Robinson, decd., John Robinson, the widow, Mary Ann Robinson & the children of George Robinson, decd. (William S. Robinson, Frederick A. Robinson), Alexander R. Robinson, Sophronia Jennings, wife of Augustus Jennings, and Smith Robinson, decd, and Jerusha T Rockwell, wife of Charles Rockwell.[3]
