Carl Eugene Roberson (son of Charles Franklin Robeson and Beulah L. Stephenson) was born November 16, 1923 and died April 6, 2002 in Mt. Carmel, Wabash County, Illinois He married Virginia E. Elsie on March 1, 1933. He was a night engineer from the Mount Carmel Public Utility Co., and served in the U. S. Army in World War II, in the Pacific Theater. They lived at Mt. Carmel, Illinois. She died November 16, 1992. They are buried in the Highland Memorial Cemetery, Mount Carmel, Wabash County, Illinois. (he left 4 grandchildren in 2002)
