Frances Elizabeth Roberts
was born in 1896 in Benton, Franklin County, Illinois.
Her parents are not known at this time.
Frances married Asa Sharp in 1912 in Franklin County, Illinois [citation needed]. Asa was born about 1892.
This marriage apparently ended quite quickly.
Frances next married George Joseph Cedar about 1913. [1]. George was born on May 15, 1895 and died on June 28, 1976.
Children from this marriage were:
- Reverend Clifford E. Cedar (1914-2012)
- Elsie Cedar (1917-1920)
- Minnie Marie Cedar (1919-1920
- Geraldine Bee Cedar Williams (1920-2005)
This marriage apparently ended in divorce prior to 1925.
She appeared on the census on January 1, 1920 in (501 S. La Grange Road) West Frankfort, Franklin County, Illinois [citation needed] as Francis [sic], Sedar [sic] (in George Sedar [sic] household); wife; female; age 23; born IL, parents born TN.
Frances next married Andrew Jackson Neibel about 1923 [2]. Andrew was born on June 5, 1893 and died on October 10, 1960.

Frances died in 1968 in Genesee County, New York at age 72.
She was buried in North Byron Cemetery in Byron, Genesee County, New York.
