She and her husband, Joseph James are selling the 200 acres of the land that she inherited from her father, William Robertson to the heirs of her brother, John Robertson. This land was on the beech fork part of the 1000 acres owned by William Robertson in Nelson County, Kentucky.

He names his wife, Mary, and children, John and Elizabeth. He also specifies that a debt is to be paid to William Reid of Scotland. He names Elizabeth's husband, Joseph James.
