Sarah Robins was baptised on 1st December 1829 in Fenny Compton, Warwickshire[1]. She was the daughter of Antony and Mary. Her father stated on the register that he was a labourer.
Marriage
Richard Heritage and Sarah Robbins were married after banns in Chacombe, Northamptonshire on 15th October 1857.[2]Richard was 23, a bachelor working as a labourer and living in Chacombe, the son of John Heritage who was a plush weaver. Sarah was 27, a spinster living in Fenny Compton, the daughter of Anthony Robbins who was a labourer. Neither could write so they both made their mark on the register with a cross and the witnesses to the marriage were Henry Mullis and Ann Wilkins.[3]
