The April 1881 census[3]shows Mary residing with her family in Mellons Square, Newport.
The April 1891 census[4]shows Mary residing with her family in St. Andrew's Major, Dinas Powis, Glamorgan.
Mary married[5][6]William Pullin on 22 April 1900 in tthe parish church, Sully, Glamorgan. At the time of the ceremony Mary resided in Phyllis Street, Barry Island, Glamorgan and William resided in Clive Road, Barry Island. Her father David Robins and father in law Thomas Pullin are both noted as Labourers. The marriage was registered[7]during the second quarter of 1900 in Cardiff, Glamorgan.
