Biography

Reginald, born in 1893, was the son of Charles Roddy and Catherine Welsh.^[1]

During World War I, he signed up for the Canadian Overseas Expeditionary Force in December 1917. At that time, he worked as a clerk in Toronto. He signed up as a gunner with the Cobourg Heavy Battery and served in France.^[2]

He married Anne Evelyn Eastwood in 1922.^[3]
