Harlan Roe was born on January 29, 1932 in Hamilton, Ohio, United States. His parents were [[Roe-4266|James Harlan Roe] and Zola Belle (Robinson) Roe.
In 1935, through 1940, Harlan was living in Sycamore Township, Hamilton, Ohio, United States with his parents and sigblings. [1]
Harlan died on June 16, 1989 in Hamilton. [2]
He is buried in Montgomery, Hamilton, Ohio, United States with his family and wife Betty Jo. [3][4]
