Biography

Margaretha was born in 1645 in Lampertheim, Alsace, France, the daughter of Michael Roth and Gertrud ?? [maiden name unknown]. In 1666 at age 21, she married Christman Schaub there. They remained in Lampertheim where they had 12 children together, eight of whom died young. Her husband Christman died in 1688. Margaretha remarried the following year in Lampertheim to Hanß Heimburger. They had one more child together who died young. Margaretha died in 1709 in Lampertheim at age 63.
